1. Current Subprocessors
A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf in order to run MailFlat. We keep the list short on purpose, and each provider receives only what its function requires. This page is the current list referenced by our Privacy Policy.

2. Where Data Is Stored
Your account data, inboxes and message content are stored on our own servers in Germany. Our mail servers are operated by us rather than by a third-party email provider, so incoming and outgoing messages are not handed to an external mail platform.
Some providers above are based in the United States. Where personal data of users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred there, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. What We Do Not Use
- No advertising or marketing networks, and no tracking pixels.
- No analytics product that profiles individual visitors.
- No third-party email delivery platform: we run our own mail servers.
- No use of your message content to train machine learning models, by us or by anyone else.
- No sale or rental of personal data to anyone.
4. Changes to This List
If we add or replace a subprocessor that processes personal data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is material for customers on a paid plan, we also notify affected accounts by email so there is an opportunity to object before the change takes effect.
